Q: Are the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) important for me?
A: YES. The Legislature and we expect you to read it BEFORE you make a purchase. This means that you and we know what we can expect from each other.
The most recent version of our GTC is legally valid and binding (and therefore always takes precedence over the information on our site here).Q: Where can I find the most recent GTS's?
A: Read the entire Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement of PlayMoto Toys here on our webshop.Categories / classification

Q: Where can I find the buses?
A: According to Playmobil, the buses fall under the City Life theme, and can be found there.
Q: Why can't the vehicles all be found in 1 category?
A: Playmobil divides the sets by theme and we also maintain that sorting. To make it easier, we have created a number of additional categories for example Traffic (all vehicles), Transport (trucks), Racing, RC vehicles, etc.Visibility menu categories
Q: Why can't I immediately see all categories in the menu?
A: This would make the list very long and confusing. Therefore, click on the main category to find the sub-categories.
You can also view the Sitemap, where you can see all pages and categories at a glance.Customer Account
Q: Can I create a customer account?
A: If you want to create a customer account, you can do this during checkout or by sending us a message via the contact form. This is due to the many fake accounts that have recently been created by spammers. Unfortunately, the webshop provider still doesn't want to do anything about this, so this is the only option for us to limit this.
We apologize for this inconvenience.Payment

Q: I'm looking for an item, but can't find it.
A: Send us a message and we will do our best to find it for you.Plastic bag as packaging?
Q:Why is my new item in a plastic bag with a label instead of a normal Playmobil box?
A: Many items from Playmobil's so-called Direct Service (DS) or Plus range, are packaged in the typical transparent plastic bags with a label on them. This allows Playmobil to offer the sets cheaper.Prices
Q: Does the price of each item include VAT?
A: Yes, ALL our prices include 21% VAT.
Q: Does the price of each item include shipping costs?
A: NO. All our prices exclude shipping costs.
Q: Why are some prices so high?
A: We sell both the regular and second-hand Playmobil range. In addition, a large part of our range consists of so-called collectors' items, these are often limited or very old and often sought after sets among collectors. These sets often have a higher price than the second-hand and regular Playmobil sets.V1, V2, V3 or an x after the set number.
Q: What does that mean?
A: In collectors' catalogs and on sales sites, dealers indicate the distinction between the different versions of Playmobil sets by adding the letter x, V1, V2 or V3, etc.
Q: How did that happen?
A: Especially in the early years, Playmobil sometimes changed packaging and the contents could suddenly change in a set. Sometimes a set had more parts or fewer. It also sometimes happened that a set was re-released, but in a modern guise. For example, there are 2 different versions of the Post set 3132: The 3132x (old) and the 3132 (new). So here the letter x is added to the old set to make the distinction. The version 3132x is still with the old model motorcycle and the old clickies without movable hands. The 3132 has the newer motorcycle and clickies with movable hands.MISB / MIB / MINT
Q: MISB, MIB, MINT, what does it all mean?
A: These are terms used by collectors and dealers to indicate the condition of the set or item.
- MISB = Mint In Sealed Box: Completely new set in original sealed packaging, as made and sold by the manufacturer.
- MIB = Mint In Box: Usually completely new set in original packaging, where the packaging has been opened.
- MINT = As good as new: Packaging has been opened, set assembled, but unused and still as good as new.
- Used / Used: Used or 2nd hand set.2nd hand Used sets
Q: Are the second-hand / used sets reliable and neat?
A: YES! We thoroughly check every set and part for defects, and everything is neatly cleaned before sale. If there is a defect, this will be clearly stated and visible in the listing and the photos.
Q: Can I also return a used/second-hand set?
A: No, these are excluded in our General Terms and Conditions of Returns.Recycling
Q: What does PlayMoto Toys do to recycle and reuse materials and raw materials?

Q: Does PlayMoto Toys also sell other toys? (2-part answer)
A: No, not currently here in our webshop. We specialize in Playmobil®. If there is a high demand for other toys, we will certainly consider it.
A2: Yes, we have a 2nd webshop for LEGO® on the Bricklink® site. That marketplace is only for the famous stones, sets and everything related to them. As soon as our stock there is sold out, we will close that webshop.
We also sell licensed products from Playmobil that are produced by third parties, such as the Collectoys statues and various other types of Playmobil merchandise.Use SEARCH function
Q: Is the search function useful?
A: Yes, the search function of the webshop can quickly show many products in 1 overview. This can be especially useful when you are looking for something, but don't know exactly which category it falls into.
Q: Do you have any tips on how I can use the search function?
A: Yes! For example, search for a specific characteristic. For example, the term "Giveaway", "Pillowbox", "Spielwarenmesse" or "Used". The webshop will then show all sets with that specific description.Q: Who are Antex (AR), Troll (BR), Schäper (USA), Playpeople (UK) or Famobil (ES)?
A: These are companies that made licensed Playmobil sets for the markets in their countries in the 1970s to 1990s. Many of these companies no longer exist, and Playmobil is now in those markets.~~~ Have more questions or ideas? Ask or tell us, and we will add your question ~~~ !
