Read the entire Terms & Conditions and/or Privacy Statement of PlayMoto Toys here or on PlayMoto.NL.
Please read these conditions BEFORE placing an order or creating an account on PlayMoto Toys. This also contains our conditions regarding shipping and returns (Paragraph 7).

The most recent version of our GTC is legally valid and binding (and therefore always takes precedence over the information on our site).


Shipping

PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOM SHIPPING DATES JUNE/JULY:

  • During July to December 2023 we ONLY ship on Fridays and/or Saturdays.

  • We are closed from 19-07 untill 05-08-2024. The next shipment will be on 06-08-2024.


PlayMoto Toys only ships by registered mail with PostNL OR DPD Netherlands. Shipping under these conditions is also possible to a PostNL or DPD collection point.
For current shipping costs, we would like to refer you to the
PostNL or DPD website.
The standard shipping costs for a package up to 10kg with an insured value up to €500 within the Netherlands = €8.15 (PostNL) or €6.90 (DPD) (ONLY AN INDICATION!).


Combined shipping?
We ship all your purchases in 1 package as much as possible. If you place multiple orders and would like to have them shipped together, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you have an item that you would like to reserve for combined shipping later, this is possible. Please contact us.

Where do we ship?
In principle we ship worldwide. We also use PostNL and DPD rates for this.


How fast does PlayMoto Toys ship?
We normally ship within 5, but no later than within 30 working days. If there is a delay, you will be notified.
Is your order in a hurry? Please let us know BEFORE you order. 

 


Returns
If you are unexpectedly not satisfied with your product(s), you can only return it unopened, undamaged and within 30 days to PlayMoto Toys. Opened or damaged packages are not accepted.

Register your return via our email address: retour@playmoto.nl.
You will then receive a returns number from us by e-mail, which you must fill in on the form.
You must complete the cancellation- and the return forms in full and include them with the return shipment. Keep a copy of both forms for your administration.
Returns without these correctly completed forms will not be accepted.

If there is a quality problem or missing part in your product, we would like to refer you to Playmobil customer service , they will handle your complaint themselves.


Return costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs and properly packing your package before returning it to PlayMoto Toys.
As soon as we receive your package, we will check it and refund the entire purchase amount including original shipping costs within 5 working days.
That amount will be credited back to the account from which you paid for the purchases.
